The following Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the offer and sale of products on cabin.dk, owned and maintained by Cabin Denmark ApS, Damgade 97, DK-6400 Sønderborg, VAT no. DK14735399
By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We recommend that you read the terms and conditions closely before shopping on cabin.dk. The agreement is entered in Danish. Right of cancellation applies only for private consumers purchasing on cabin.dk. Requests for information should be made to email@example.com or by phone: +45 74 43 52 00
Purchasing online in the webshop
You choose the products you would like to order on the products' pages and add them to your shopping bag. You may review your shopping bag at any time to check the prices and modify the content if needed. You are responsible for submitting valid customer information when placing your order.
Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt by e-mail. Please note that this order receipt is not a binding order confirmation, but merely a confirmation that your order inquiry has been received by us. The binding order confirmation between you and Cabin Denmark is entered when Cabin Denmark by e-mail send a binding order confirmation no later than the following working day.
Payment and delivery
In the Danish webshop all prices are stated incl. VAT (25%). . Delivery costs will be added to the total amount of the order. You choose the mode of delivery as part of the checkout. The applicable amount is the amount quoted when you place your order.
We accept the following payment options:
The amount is reserved on your chosen payment method when you place your order. We withdraw the amount when the products are shipped from our warehouse. If your order contains several products and one or more of the products are in back order we withdraw the amount for these products when they are shipped from our warehouse. No credit card fees are charged by Cabin Denmark. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail immediately before the delivery of your order.
We deliver products purchased on cabin.dk to countries inside EU
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and the estimated time of delivery appears on the product page, the shopping bag and the order receipt which you will receive immediately after your purchase. If your order contains products with different delivery time, e.g. if you order both an on-stock product and a made-to-order product or a product in back order, we will part deliver your order. In case we face delay in production or any other unforeseen delay related to the delivery it can have an impact on the delivery time. We strive to contact you as soon as possible in case your order is delayed.
Parcel delivery, where the products ordered are on stock, will be delivered within 2-3 workdays after your purchase. The parcel will be delivered to an address or pick up point of your choice. Parcels are delivered by GLS.
It is your responsibility that the order can be received.
In case the packaging is damaged or have other visible indications of defects, remember to sign for receipt with reservations of potential damages of the products or refrain from receiving the delivery and ask the carrier to return the delivery to Cabin Denmark.
If a product is damaged or defect after unwrapping please contact our sales support who will help find a solution. Due to proof of the faulty item please contact our sales support no later than 5 days after the receipt of the product. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
You can cancel your order without any reason within 14 days after you have received your order. The cancellation deadline is 14 days after the day you or another person chosen by you (except the courier or carrier) is in physical possession of the products ordered.
If you have ordered several products and we are unable to deliver all products at the same time, then the cancellation deadline is 14 days after you or another person chosen by you (except the courier or carrier) is in physical passion of the last remaining product ordered. If the deadline of cancellation is on a bank holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve Day the deadline of cancellation is extended to the following working day. Made to order products cannot be cancelled.
How to make use of cancellation

You cannot cancel you order by refusing receipt of the delivery or refrain from collecting it at a pick up point without notifying us about your cancellation. You can use the Danish law's standard cancellation form but it is not mandatory. If you do we will send a confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail immediately. The cancellation is fulfilled when you notify us by e-mail or about the cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.
Returns and refunds
If you regret your purchase in our webshop please send or hand over the product to Cabin Denmark ApS, Damgade 97, 6400 Sønderborg, Denmark, Att.: Webshop, without any unnecessary delay and latest 14 days after you have notified about your cancellation. The deadline is fulfilled when you return the product within 14 days. You pay for delivery expenses related to the return of the product.
If you cancel your order we will refund all payments received from you including delivery costs.
We refund the amount without any unnecessary delay and without further ado latest 14 days from the day you notified us about the cancellation. However we can withhold the refund until we have received the returned products. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing product and packaging
You are personally liable for a possible reduction of the value of the product which is caused by an unnecessary handling of the product to determine the products type, features and the way it is supposed to work.
You are allowed to study the product in the same way as you can and are allowed to in a physical store, but you are not allowed to start using the product. If you have used the product in a way which it not possible or not allowed in a store and we cannot sell the product again, or are unable to sell the product again at full price, you must expect that we deduct the decrease in value when we refund the amount. We will not refund the amount if the product no longer has a commercial value.
Missing or broken original packaging will result in a deteriorated value of the item. Remember therefore to always save the original packaging until you are certain whether you will be returning the item or not.

You must return the product in the original packaging.
Please make sure that the product is securely packed when you return the product. The return of the product is at your risk until we have received the returned product. Remember to keep the delivery receipt and track and trace number if available.
If you have purchased a product and it is damaged - e.g. faulty material or a manufacturing fault - the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +45 74 43 52 00. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible.
If the claim is legitimate we will refund your reasonable delivery costs. Please remember that the product must be returned securely packed and that you receive a receipt for your return delivery. Keep the delivery receipt including information delivery costs and track and trace number if available.
We make certain reservations to wrong prices, typing errors, sold-out products and force majeure.
Even though we have made a great effort to indicate colors and quality as accurate as possible your computer's colors and screen resolution might differ from ours. We cannot guarantee that your computer can reproduce the colors accurately.
You can file a complaint against Cabin Denmark ApS regarding your purchase in the webshop. In Denmark complaints should be filed to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsensvej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can file your complaint on www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution website is relevant for private consumers living in another EU country. You can file your complaint at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint you must state the following e-mail address email@example.com.
Any dispute arising between a customer and Cabin Denmark ApS will be settled in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
